Zudio Franchise Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for a Zudio franchise in India.

1. Franchise Application and Approval

- Submission of a franchise application does not guarantee approval.
- Zudio reserves the right to approve or reject any franchise application at its discretion.

2. Franchise Fee and Payments

- Upon approval, the franchisee agrees to pay the specified franchise fee to Zudio.
- The franchise fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Zudio.
- Additional fees and royalties may apply as outlined in the franchise agreement.

3. Franchise Obligations

- The franchisee agrees to operate the franchise in accordance with Zudio's standards and guidelines.
- The franchisee is responsible for maintaining the quality and reputation of the Zudio brand.
- Compliance with local laws and regulations in India is mandatory.

4. Training and Support

- Zudio will provide initial training and ongoing support to the franchisee and staff.
- Additional training may be required at the discretion of Zudio.

5. Territory

- Franchise territories will be defined in the franchise agreement.
- Zudio may grant exclusive or non-exclusive territories based on various factors.

6. Term and Termination

- The franchise agreement will specify the term of the franchise relationship.
- Zudio reserves the right to terminate the agreement for breach of terms or other reasons as outlined.

7. Intellectual Property

- The franchisee agrees to use Zudio's trademarks, logos, and intellectual property only as authorized.
- Unauthorized use of Zudio's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
